Our Client are market leaders in the provision of managed IT services to the retail and hospitality sectors. Thriving on delivering customer satisfaction providing them with installation, maintenance, repairs, configuration and staging for all IT products within the retail & hospitality industry.

We need your help to shedule the engineers and order the parts for customers

The Service Desk Coordinator role is all about ensuring our customers kept up to date with the progress of resolving the faults logged with our engineers. This may be via links to their systems, or by phone call and email. Ensuring customers are aware of the latest ETAs for their service visits, aware of any issues and kept up to date with queries they log are key components to this role. Validating calls and arranging revisits are important parts of this job. Booking access for engineers to ensure they can get on site is a key accountability.

As Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Control of all customer data
  • Logging customer calls
  • Monthly SLA management
  • Resolution of aged calls
  • Planning revisits
  • Call validation
  • Customer communication

Starting salary circa £19K

Shifts - Two weeks at 8am-5pm, 1 week at 11am-8pm and 1 weekend in 3 at 8am-8pm.

Based on the outskirts of Newmarket, candidates will need own transport but plenty of parking onsite.
