Our Client are market leaders in the provision of managed IT services to the retail and hospitality sectors. Thriving on delivering customer satisfaction with installation, maintenance, repairs, configuration and staging for all IT products within the retail & hospitality industry.

We need your help to shedule the engineers and order the parts for customers.

This role is all about ensuring customers are kept up to date with the progress of resolving the faults logged with the engineers. This may be via links to their systems, or by phone call and email. Ensuring customers are aware of the times for their service visits, aware of any issues and kept up to date with any queries they log. Validating calls and arranging revisits are important parts of this job and booking access for engineers to ensure they can get on site.

As Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

Control of all customer data
Logging customer calls
Monthly SLA management
Resolution of aged calls
Planning revisits
Call validation
Customer communication

Starting salary circa £19,500K plus performance related bonus!

Shifts are rotational as follows:

Two weeks at 8am-5pm, 1 week at 11am-8pm and 1 weekend in 3 at 8am-8pm.
However, the week of the weekend to be worked, you will get 3 days off split either side, so a Friday, Mon Tues or a Thurs Fri Mon.

Based on the outskirts of Newmarket and due to shift rota, you will need your own transport and there is plenty of parking onsite.
