We are seeking a friendly and conscientious person to work as a Administrator for a nice, busy financial services company in Newmarket.

It's based right in the town centre and subsidised parking is on offer.

Your duties will include:

  • Managing a busy diaryTelephone calls – taking and making
  • General office duties
  • Talking to clients both face to face and on the phone
  • Speaking to investment / pension providers on the phone
  • Answering letter and queries from providers & clients
  • Financial Services background helpful but not essential

Very varied position with on the job training!

If you are detail orientated but also enjoy speaking to customers on the phone, get in touch ASAP!

Starting salary circa £18000 per annum

Hours: Monday to Friday 9am till 5pm with 1-hour lunch break

Benefits include pension, 20 days holiday plus bank holidays, Christmas bonus (depending on company performance).
